Midnight Quick Chicken Alfredo

Ingredients:

  • 2 pieces Chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 200 grams Fettuccine Pasta
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley

Instructions:

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Cook the chicken breasts until golden brown on both sides, then remove from the pan and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add the heavy cream and Parmesan to the pan, stirring constantly until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
  5. While the sauce is cooking, cook the fettuccine in a separate pot according to the package instructions, then drain.
  6. Slice the cooked chicken and add it to the sauce, along with the cooked fettuccine.
  7. Stir everything together until the pasta and chicken are well coated in the sauce.
