
Midnight Quick Chicken Alfredo

Ingredients:
- 2 pieces Chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
- 200 grams Fettuccine Pasta
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley
Instructions:
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Cook the chicken breasts until golden brown on both sides, then remove from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the heavy cream and Parmesan to the pan, stirring constantly until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
- While the sauce is cooking, cook the fettuccine in a separate pot according to the package instructions, then drain.
- Slice the cooked chicken and add it to the sauce, along with the cooked fettuccine.
- Stir everything together until the pasta and chicken are well coated in the sauce.
