
Midnight Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich

Ingredients:
- 1/2 lb Beef Steak
- 1 piece Green Bell Pepper
- 1 piece Onion
- 4 slices Provolone Cheese
- 2 pieces Hoagie Rolls
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
Instructions:
- Thinly slice the beef steak, green bell pepper, and onion.
- Heat a pan with the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the sliced beef steak to the pan and cook until browned.
- Add the sliced green bell pepper and onion to the pan and cook until vegetables are softened.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Slice the hoagie rolls open and divide the cooked steak and vegetables evenly between them.
- Top each sandwich with two slices of provolone cheese.
- Wrapping the sandwiches in aluminium foil, put them in an oven preheated to 350° F for about 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Remove the sandwiches from the oven, let them rest for a minute, then enjoy your midnight cravings with a Philly cheesesteak sandwich.
- Remember to store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
