Midnight Mexican Pulled Pork Tacos

Ingredients:
- 2 pounds Pork Shoulder
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 1 whole Onion
- 2 whole Jalapeno Peppers
- 2 cups Chicken Broth
- 8 pieces Flour Tortillas
- to taste Cheddar Cheese
- to taste Lettuce
- to taste Tomato
- to taste Sour Cream
Instructions:
- Season the pork shoulder with salt, black pepper and cumin powder.
- Place the seasoned pork shoulder in a slow cooker.
- Add smashed garlic, sliced onion and jalapeno peppers to the slow cooker.
- Pour the chicken broth into the slow cooker.
- Cook on low for about 6 hours until the pork is easily shredded with a fork.
- Shred the pork and mix it with the juices in the slow cooker.
- Warm the flour tortillas on a pan or directly on the stove flame.
- Assemble the tacos by placing the shredded pork on a tortilla, followed by cheese, lettuce, diced tomatoes and a dollop of sour cream.
- Repeat the above step for the remaining tortillas.
- Your Midnight Mexican Pulled Pork Tacos are ready to serve.
