
Midnight Mexican Pork Tacos

Ingredients:
- 0.5 pound Pork loin
- 6 pieces Small tortillas
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 1 small Onion
- 0.25 cup Cilantro
- 1 piece Lime
Instructions:
- Cut the pork loin into thin slices, then chop into small pieces.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, then add the pork.
- Coat the pork in cumin, garlic powder, chili powder, and salt. Cook until the pork is browned and crispy.
- Chop the onion and cilantro while the pork is cooking.
- Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or in the microwave.
- Top each tortilla with a scoop of the cooked pork, a sprinkle of chopped onion and cilantro, and a squeeze of lime juice.
