
Midnight Mediterranean Shawarma Wraps

Ingredients:
- 0.5 lb Boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 2 tbsp Yogurt
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 tsp each Spices (cumin, coriander, paprika, turmeric, cinnamon)
- 1 tsp Lemon zest
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 2 pieces Pita bread
- 0.5 cup Fresh lettuce
- 1 Tomatoes
- 1 Cucumbers
- 0.5 Onions
- 2 tbsp Tahini sauce
Instructions:
- 1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, minced garlic, spices, lemon zest, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.
- 2. Add chicken thighs to the bowl and ensure it's fully coated with the marinade. Leave it to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- 3. In a pan, cook the marinated chicken over medium heat until it's cooked through and slightly crispy.
- 4. Warm up the pita bread and then load it up with the chicken, fresh lettuce, chopped tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, and tahini sauce.
- 5. Roll up the pita bread securely and your Midnight Mediterranean Shawarma Wraps are ready to be devoured!.
