
Midnight Mediterranean Pasta

Ingredients:
- 200 grams Pasta
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Crushed red pepper
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cup Feta cheese
- 1/4 cup Fresh basil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
Instructions:
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook until al dente, approximately 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- While pasta is cooking, heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add garlic and crushed red pepper and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add cherry tomatoes to the pan and cook until they begin to burst, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add cooked pasta to the pan with tomatoes and toss to combine. Crumble the feta cheese over the top and stir until it's partially melted into the pasta.
- Remove from heat and garnish with fresh basil before serving. Enjoy!
