Midnight Masala Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams Pasta
  • 1 Medium size, chopped Onion
  • 2 Medium size, chopped Tomatoes
  • 1 Small size, chopped Green Bell Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 cloves, minced Garlic
  • 2 teaspoons Crushed Red Pepper
  • 2 teaspoons Garam Masala
  • to taste Salt

Instructions:

  1. Boil pasta according to package instructions. Once done, drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Saute the garlic until light brown.
  3. Add onions and cook till translucent. Add tomatoes and bell pepper, cook till they get soften.
  4. Add the crushed red pepper, garam masala, and salt. Stir well.
  5. Once the veggies are well-cooked, add the boiled pasta to the pan. Toss till everything is well incorporated
  6. Your Midnight Masala Pasta is ready to be served! Enjoy your meal!
