
Midnight Masala Pasta

Ingredients:
- 200 grams Pasta
- 1 Medium size, chopped Onion
- 2 Medium size, chopped Tomatoes
- 1 Small size, chopped Green Bell Pepper
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 cloves, minced Garlic
- 2 teaspoons Crushed Red Pepper
- 2 teaspoons Garam Masala
- to taste Salt
Instructions:
- Boil pasta according to package instructions. Once done, drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Saute the garlic until light brown.
- Add onions and cook till translucent. Add tomatoes and bell pepper, cook till they get soften.
- Add the crushed red pepper, garam masala, and salt. Stir well.
- Once the veggies are well-cooked, add the boiled pasta to the pan. Toss till everything is well incorporated
