
Midnight Masala Maggi

Ingredients:
- 2 pack Maggi Noodles Packet
- 4 cup Water
- 1 medium Onion
- 1 medium Tomato
- 1 piece Green Chilli
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- to taste Salt
- 0.5 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 tbsp Oil
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a pan on a medium flame.
- Dice the onion, tomato, and chilli.
- Sauté the diced onions, tomato, and chilli in the pan until the onions turn translucent.
- Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and garam masala to the pan and stir well.
- In the meanwhile, boil 4 cups of water in a pot.
- Add the Maggi noodles to the boiling water. Do not add the masala yet.
- Add the masala from the Maggi packet to the pan and mix everything well. Heat for a minute or two.
- Once the Maggi noodles have boiled, add it to the pan with the cooked vegetables and masala. Mix well while cooking for 2 more minutes.
- Serve hot and enjoy your Midnight Masala Maggi.
