Midnight Masala Maggi

Ingredients:

  • 2 pack Maggi Noodles Packet
  • 4 cup Water
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 medium Tomato
  • 1 piece Green Chilli
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tbsp Oil

Instructions:

  1. Heat oil in a pan on a medium flame.
  2. Dice the onion, tomato, and chilli.
  3. Sauté the diced onions, tomato, and chilli in the pan until the onions turn translucent.
  4. Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and garam masala to the pan and stir well.
  5. In the meanwhile, boil 4 cups of water in a pot.
  6. Add the Maggi noodles to the boiling water. Do not add the masala yet.
  7. Add the masala from the Maggi packet to the pan and mix everything well. Heat for a minute or two.
  8. Once the Maggi noodles have boiled, add it to the pan with the cooked vegetables and masala. Mix well while cooking for 2 more minutes.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy your Midnight Masala Maggi.
