
Midnight Mac and Cheese

Ingredients:
- 2 cups Macaroni pasta
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 2 tablespoons All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup, grated Cheddar cheese
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
Instructions:
- In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add macaroni and cook until tender, about 8 minutes. Drain.
- In a separate pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in flour to create a roux.
- Pour in the milk, stirring until the mixture is smooth.
- Gradually add cheese to the milk mixture, continuing to stir until all the cheese is melted and the sauce is bubbly.
- Add cooked macaroni to the sauce, and stir until the pasta is fully coated.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve warm and enjoy your satisfying midnight meal!
