
Midnight Japanese Fruit Salad

Ingredients:
- 2 Cups Mixed fruits
- 1 Cup Freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
- 8 leaves Mint Leaves
- 1 Cup Yogurt
- 4 crackers Rice crackers
Instructions:
- 1. In a large bowl, combine mixed fruits of choice. Fruits like watermelon, pineapple, mango, blueberries, and strawberries work well.
- 2. In a different bowl, mix freshly squeezed orange juice and honey until well incorporated.
- 3. Drizzle the honey-orange mixture over the mixed fruits and gently toss until all the fruits are well coated.
- 4. Dollop a generous amount of yogurt on top of the fruits.
- 5. Garnish with rice crackers for that extra crunch and mint leaves for freshness.
- 6. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
