Ingredients:

  • 2 Cups Mixed fruits
  • 1 Cup Freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • 8 leaves Mint Leaves
  • 1 Cup Yogurt
  • 4 crackers Rice crackers

Instructions:

  1. 1. In a large bowl, combine mixed fruits of choice. Fruits like watermelon, pineapple, mango, blueberries, and strawberries work well.
  2. 2. In a different bowl, mix freshly squeezed orange juice and honey until well incorporated.
  3. 3. Drizzle the honey-orange mixture over the mixed fruits and gently toss until all the fruits are well coated.
  4. 4. Dollop a generous amount of yogurt on top of the fruits.
  5. 5. Garnish with rice crackers for that extra crunch and mint leaves for freshness.
  6. 6. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
