
Midnight Italian Pork Panini

Ingredients:
- 4 slices Italian bread
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup sliced pork
- 0.5 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 piece tomato
- 4 pieces basil leaves
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon pepper
Instructions:
- 1. Preheat your panini press or griddle.
- 2. Lightly oil one side of each bread slice with olive oil.
- 3. On the non-oiled side of two slices, arrange half the pork slices, mozzarella cheese, tomato, and basil leaves. Season with salt and pepper.
- 4. Cover with the other bread slice, oiled side up.
- 5. Cook in the panini press or on the griddle until the bread is toasted and the cheese is melted.
- 6. Remove from heat and let it stand for a minute.
- 7. Slice in half and serve hot.
