Midnight Italian Fusilli Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams Fusilli Pasta
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 10 pieces Cherry Tomatoes
  • 10 leaves Fresh Basil Leaves
  • 100 grams Mozzarella Cheese
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions:

  1. Boil the pasta in a large pot of salted water according to the package directions until al dente. Drain and keep aside.
  2. In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until golden brown.
  3. Add the cherry tomatoes and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and toss to combine. Cook for another 2 minutes to allow pasta to soak up some of the sauce.
  5. Tear the fresh basil leaves and mozzarella cheese and add to the pan, stirring until the cheese has melted and the pasta is well coated.
  6. Serve warm. Garnish with extra basil leaves and a sprinkle of black pepper. Enjoy your comforting Italian Fusilli Pasta at midnight!
