
Midnight Italian Fusilli Pasta

Ingredients:
- 200 grams Fusilli Pasta
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 10 pieces Cherry Tomatoes
- 10 leaves Fresh Basil Leaves
- 100 grams Mozzarella Cheese
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
Instructions:
- Boil the pasta in a large pot of salted water according to the package directions until al dente. Drain and keep aside.
- In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until golden brown.
- Add the cherry tomatoes and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the cooked pasta to the pan and toss to combine. Cook for another 2 minutes to allow pasta to soak up some of the sauce.
- Tear the fresh basil leaves and mozzarella cheese and add to the pan, stirring until the cheese has melted and the pasta is well coated.
- Serve warm. Garnish with extra basil leaves and a sprinkle of black pepper. Enjoy your comforting Italian Fusilli Pasta at midnight!
