
Midnight Grilled Fish Tacos

Ingredients:
- 2 pieces Fresh fish fillets
- 4 pieces Taco shells
- 1 piece Lime
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
- 1 cup Green salad
- 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
Instructions:
- 1. Preheat your grill or griller pan over medium-high heat.
- 2. Season the fish fillets with salt, pepper and a squeeze of lime.
- 3. Grill the fish for about 3-4 minutes per side, until fully cooked and easily flaked with a fork.
- 4. Warm up the taco shells according to the package instructions.
- 5. Fill each taco shell with the cooked fish, add some green salad and a dollop of Greek yogurt.
- 6. Serve immediately with the remaining lime cut into wedges.
