Midnight Grilled Fish Tacos

Ingredients:

  • 2 pieces Fresh fish fillets
  • 4 pieces Taco shells
  • 1 piece Lime
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • 1 cup Green salad
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt

Instructions:

  1. 1. Preheat your grill or griller pan over medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Season the fish fillets with salt, pepper and a squeeze of lime.
  3. 3. Grill the fish for about 3-4 minutes per side, until fully cooked and easily flaked with a fork.
  4. 4. Warm up the taco shells according to the package instructions.
  5. 5. Fill each taco shell with the cooked fish, add some green salad and a dollop of Greek yogurt.
  6. 6. Serve immediately with the remaining lime cut into wedges.
