
Midnight Fruit Medley

Ingredients:
- 2 cups assorted fruits (like apple, banana, berries, and grapes)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- for garnish whipped cream
Instructions:
- Begin by washing all the fruits thoroughly. Peel and dice the apples and bananas (if using). Keep the others whole if they’re small like berries and grapes.
- Heat a pan over medium heat. Add the butter to the pan and allow it to melt.
- Add the chopped fruits into the pan and stir them around until they’re covered in the butter.
- Drizzle the honey over the fruits, sprinkle the cinnamon and then dribble the vanilla extract.
- Sauté the fruits until they’re warm and slightly softened. This should usually take about 5-7 minutes. Ensure you keep stirring so that the fruits don't stick to the pan and burn.
- Once done, remove from the heat and let it slightly cool.
- Serve the warm fruits with a dollop of whipped cream on top. Enjoy your Midnight Fruit Medley!
