
Midnight French Chicken Croissant Sandwich

Ingredients:
- 2 pieces chicken breasts
- 2 pieces croissants
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 4 leaves lettuce
- 1 piece tomato
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- to taste salt and pepper
Instructions:
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- In a pan over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add the chicken and cook until golden and cooked through, about 7-8 minutes per side.
- In the same pan, with residual heat, add the garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Slice the croissants in half. Spread one side with Dijon mustard and the other side with mayonnaise.
- On the mayo side of the croissant, layer the lettuce, sliced tomato, and cooked chicken. Top it with Swiss cheese.
- With the leftover butter, toast the sandwiches in the pan until the cheese is melted and croissants are crispy.
- Serve the sandwich immediately, enjoy your delicious midnight meal!
