Midnight Crispy Fish Tacos

Ingredients:

  • 2 pieces Fish Fillets (like Tilapia or Cod)
  • 4 pieces Corn Tortillas
  • 1 cup All-purpose Flour
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • for frying Oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • Your favorite salsa

Instructions:

  1. Pat fish fillets dry and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Dip each fillet into the flour, then the beaten egg, and then coat in breadcrumbs.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the fish until crispy and golden brown. This should take about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  4. Heat the corn tortillas in a pan or microwave.
  5. Place a fish fillet in each tortilla, and top with your favorite salsa.
