
Midnight Crispy Fish Tacos

Ingredients:
- 2 pieces Fish Fillets (like Tilapia or Cod)
- 4 pieces Corn Tortillas
- 1 cup All-purpose Flour
- 1 large Egg
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- for frying Oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
- Your favorite salsa
Instructions:
- Pat fish fillets dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Dip each fillet into the flour, then the beaten egg, and then coat in breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the fish until crispy and golden brown. This should take about 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Heat the corn tortillas in a pan or microwave.
- Place a fish fillet in each tortilla, and top with your favorite salsa.
