Midnight Cravings - Steamed Ginger Fish

Ingredients:

  • 2 pieces Fish fillet
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh ginger
  • 2 stalks Green onions
  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil

Instructions:

  1. Clean and pat dry the fish fillets
  2. Chop the ginger and green onions finely.
  3. Initiate the steamer to pre-heat it.
  4. Place the fish on a heatproof dish and sprinkle the chopped ginger and onions over it.
  5. Mix soy sauce and sesame oil in a bowl. Drizzle this mixture over the fish.
  6. Put the dish in the steamer and steam the fish for about 15-20 minutes until it is cooked.
  7. Gently poke the fish with a fork to check its doneness. If it flakes easily, it is ready.
  8. Remove the dish carefully from the steamer and enjoy your healthy midnight cravings steamed ginger fish.
