
Midnight Cravings - Steamed Ginger Fish

Ingredients:
- 2 pieces Fish fillet
- 2 tablespoons Fresh ginger
- 2 stalks Green onions
- 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
Instructions:
- Clean and pat dry the fish fillets
- Chop the ginger and green onions finely.
- Initiate the steamer to pre-heat it.
- Place the fish on a heatproof dish and sprinkle the chopped ginger and onions over it.
- Mix soy sauce and sesame oil in a bowl. Drizzle this mixture over the fish.
- Put the dish in the steamer and steam the fish for about 15-20 minutes until it is cooked.
- Gently poke the fish with a fork to check its doneness. If it flakes easily, it is ready.
- Remove the dish carefully from the steamer and enjoy your healthy midnight cravings steamed ginger fish.
