
Midnight Cravings - French Midnight Pasta

Ingredients:
- 200 grams Pasta
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Chili flakes
- 1/2 cup Crème Fraîche
- 1/2 cup Grated Emmental Cheese
- 2 tablespoons Chopped fresh parsley
- to taste Salt and pepper
Instructions:
- In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and add pasta. Cook according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In the same pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and chili flakes, sauté for about a minute until fragrant.
- Reduce the heat and add the Crème Fraîche, stirring regularly until it starts to melt and mix with the garlic and chili.
- Add the cooked pasta into the pot and toss well to ensure every strand is coated with the creamy sauce.
- Stir in the grated Emmental cheese, until it melts and forms a creamy, stringy coating around the pasta.
- Season with salt and pepper as per taste. Finish with fresh chopped parsley.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your French Midnight Pasta on demand.
