Midnight Cravings - French Midnight Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams Pasta
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Chili flakes
  • 1/2 cup Crème Fraîche
  • 1/2 cup Grated Emmental Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped fresh parsley
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions:

  1. In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and add pasta. Cook according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and chili flakes, sauté for about a minute until fragrant.
  3. Reduce the heat and add the Crème Fraîche, stirring regularly until it starts to melt and mix with the garlic and chili.
  4. Add the cooked pasta into the pot and toss well to ensure every strand is coated with the creamy sauce.
  5. Stir in the grated Emmental cheese, until it melts and forms a creamy, stringy coating around the pasta.
  6. Season with salt and pepper as per taste. Finish with fresh chopped parsley.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy your French Midnight Pasta on demand.
