Midnight Cravings Chinese Exotic Fried Rice

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Cooked Jasmine rice
  • 1 piece Chicken breast
  • 8 pieces Large shrimp
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 3 stalks Green onions
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • to taste Chili paste

Instructions:

  1. 1. Heat a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add 1 tablespoon of the sesame oil.
  2. 2. Whisk the eggs and pour them into the wok. Scramble the eggs and remove to a plate when they just finish cooking.
  3. 3. Add another tablespoon of sesame oil to the wok. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. 4. Add the diced chicken breast and shrimp to the wok and cook until they're no longer pink.
  5. 5. Add the cooked rice to the wok along with the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and chili paste. Stir everything together and cook for a couple of minutes.
  6. 6. Add the scrambled eggs back into the wok along with the chopped green onions. Stir until everything is well-mixed.
  7. 7. Serve the fried rice hot, garnished with more green onions and enjoy your Chinese exotic fried rice for your midnight cravings.
