
Midnight Cravings Chinese Exotic Fried Rice

Ingredients:
- 2 cups Cooked Jasmine rice
- 1 piece Chicken breast
- 8 pieces Large shrimp
- 2 large Eggs
- 3 stalks Green onions
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
- to taste Chili paste
Instructions:
- 1. Heat a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add 1 tablespoon of the sesame oil.
- 2. Whisk the eggs and pour them into the wok. Scramble the eggs and remove to a plate when they just finish cooking.
- 3. Add another tablespoon of sesame oil to the wok. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- 4. Add the diced chicken breast and shrimp to the wok and cook until they're no longer pink.
- 5. Add the cooked rice to the wok along with the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and chili paste. Stir everything together and cook for a couple of minutes.
- 6. Add the scrambled eggs back into the wok along with the chopped green onions. Stir until everything is well-mixed.
- 7. Serve the fried rice hot, garnished with more green onions and enjoy your Chinese exotic fried rice for your midnight cravings.
