Midnight Cravings Chinese Beef Noodles

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams Beef sirloin
  • 200 grams Chinese egg noodles
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 stalks Green onion
  • 1 piece Red chillies
  • 1 tsp White sugar
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions:

  1. Marinate the beef sirloin with soy sauce, white sugar, and crushed garlic for at least 15 minutes.
  2. While the beef is marinating, boil the Chinese egg noodles according to package instructions. Once done, drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet or wok, heat up some oil over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry until browned. Remove the beef from the wok and set aside.
  4. In the same wok, add a bit more oil if needed, then add chopped green onion and red chillies. Sauté until aromatic.
  5. Add the cooked noodles to the wok, followed by the stir-fried beef. Toss everything together and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper.
  6. Drizzle with sesame oil and give everything a final toss. Serve hot.
