
Midnight Cravings Chinese Beef Noodles

Ingredients:
- 200 grams Beef sirloin
- 200 grams Chinese egg noodles
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 stalks Green onion
- 1 piece Red chillies
- 1 tsp White sugar
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
Instructions:
- Marinate the beef sirloin with soy sauce, white sugar, and crushed garlic for at least 15 minutes.
- While the beef is marinating, boil the Chinese egg noodles according to package instructions. Once done, drain and set aside.
- In a skillet or wok, heat up some oil over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry until browned. Remove the beef from the wok and set aside.
- In the same wok, add a bit more oil if needed, then add chopped green onion and red chillies. Sauté until aromatic.
- Add the cooked noodles to the wok, followed by the stir-fried beef. Toss everything together and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Drizzle with sesame oil and give everything a final toss. Serve hot.
