
Midnight Craving Italian Style Seafood Pasta

Ingredients:
- 200 grams Spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon Chili flakes
- 400 grams White fish fillets
- 400 grams Canned diced tomatoes
- 150 milliliters White wine
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
- a handful chopped Parsley
Instructions:
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat, add the garlic and chili flakes. Cook until the garlic is golden brown.
- Add the fish fillets to the pan. Sear each side until golden brown, then remove the fish from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the diced tomatoes and white wine. Simmer for 15 minutes on low to medium heat.
- Return the fish to the pan, cover, and simmer for another 5 minutes until the fish is cooked through.
- Add the cooked spaghetti, season with salt and pepper, and mix well.
- Serve the seafood pasta garnished with chopped parsley.
