Midnight Craving Italian Style Seafood Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams Spaghetti
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chili flakes
  • 400 grams White fish fillets
  • 400 grams Canned diced tomatoes
  • 150 milliliters White wine
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper
  • a handful chopped Parsley

Instructions:

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat, add the garlic and chili flakes. Cook until the garlic is golden brown.
  3. Add the fish fillets to the pan. Sear each side until golden brown, then remove the fish from the pan and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, add the diced tomatoes and white wine. Simmer for 15 minutes on low to medium heat.
  5. Return the fish to the pan, cover, and simmer for another 5 minutes until the fish is cooked through.
  6. Add the cooked spaghetti, season with salt and pepper, and mix well.
  7. Serve the seafood pasta garnished with chopped parsley.
