Midnight Craving Chinese Stir-Fry Seafood Noodles

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams Egg noodles
  • 500 grams Mixed Seafood (Shrimps, Squids, Mussels)
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 3 sprigs Spring onions
  • 1 large Red bell peppers
  • 1 medium Carrots
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Boil the egg noodles in salted water as per packet instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. Heat the oil in a large pan or wok and add the finely chopped garlic, cooking until slightly browned.
  3. Add the mixed seafood to pan and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes, or until fully cooked.
  4. Chop the red bell peppers, carrots, and spring onions, then add to the pan. Stir-fry with the seafood for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add the cooked noodles to the pan, along with the soy sauce and oyster sauce. Toss well to mix together.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and cook for another minute or two to allow the flavors to blend.
  7. Serve your comfort Chinese stir-fry seafood noodle hot directly from the pan, sprinkling with some more spring onions if desired. Perfect for any midnight craving!
