
Midnight Craving Chinese Stir-Fry Seafood Noodles

Ingredients:
- 200 grams Egg noodles
- 500 grams Mixed Seafood (Shrimps, Squids, Mussels)
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 3 sprigs Spring onions
- 1 large Red bell peppers
- 1 medium Carrots
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
Instructions:
- Boil the egg noodles in salted water as per packet instructions, then drain and set aside.
- Heat the oil in a large pan or wok and add the finely chopped garlic, cooking until slightly browned.
- Add the mixed seafood to pan and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes, or until fully cooked.
- Chop the red bell peppers, carrots, and spring onions, then add to the pan. Stir-fry with the seafood for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the cooked noodles to the pan, along with the soy sauce and oyster sauce. Toss well to mix together.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, and cook for another minute or two to allow the flavors to blend.
- Serve your comfort Chinese stir-fry seafood noodle hot directly from the pan, sprinkling with some more spring onions if desired. Perfect for any midnight craving!
