Midnight Craving Chinese Beef Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams Beef sirloin steak
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 slice Fresh ginger
  • 2 cups Mixed vegetables (carrot, bell pepper)
  • 2 tablespoons Cooking oil
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions:

  1. Slice the beef into thin strips.
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger and marinate the beef slices for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Heat one tablespoon of oil in a pan over medium heat, add the mixed vegetables. Stir-fry until they are tender. Season with salt and pepper and remove from the pan.
  4. Add the remaining oil to the pan, increase the heat to high and add the beef. Stir-fry until it is browned and cooked to your preferred doneness. Add the vegetables back into the pan and stir to mix with beef.
  5. Serve the stir-fry with some steamed rice or noodles if preferred.
