
Midnight Craving Chinese Beef Stir-Fry

Ingredients:
- 200 grams Beef sirloin steak
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 slice Fresh ginger
- 2 cups Mixed vegetables (carrot, bell pepper)
- 2 tablespoons Cooking oil
- to taste Salt and pepper
Instructions:
- Slice the beef into thin strips.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger and marinate the beef slices for 10-15 minutes.
- Heat one tablespoon of oil in a pan over medium heat, add the mixed vegetables. Stir-fry until they are tender. Season with salt and pepper and remove from the pan.
- Add the remaining oil to the pan, increase the heat to high and add the beef. Stir-fry until it is browned and cooked to your preferred doneness. Add the vegetables back into the pan and stir to mix with beef.
- Serve the stir-fry with some steamed rice or noodles if preferred.
