
Midnight Comfort Seafood Ramen

Ingredients:
- 2 packets Ramen noodles
- 250 grams Seafood mix
- 2 stalks Green onions
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 4 cups Chicken broth
- 2 pieces Hard boiled eggs
Instructions:
- Bring a pot of water to boil and cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pot, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add the green onions and saute for a minute.
- Pour in the chicken broth, soy sauce and bring to a boil.
- Add the seafood mix, reduce the heat and let it simmer until the seafood is cooked.
- Divide the noodles between two bowls. Pour the broth and seafood over the noodles.
- Top each bowl with a hard boiled egg, cut in half.
- Serve hot and enjoy your comforting midnight seafood ramen.
