Midnight Comfort Seafood Ramen

Ingredients:

  • 2 packets Ramen noodles
  • 250 grams Seafood mix
  • 2 stalks Green onions
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 2 pieces Hard boiled eggs

Instructions:

  1. Bring a pot of water to boil and cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pot, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Add the green onions and saute for a minute.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth, soy sauce and bring to a boil.
  5. Add the seafood mix, reduce the heat and let it simmer until the seafood is cooked.
  6. Divide the noodles between two bowls. Pour the broth and seafood over the noodles.
  7. Top each bowl with a hard boiled egg, cut in half.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy your comforting midnight seafood ramen.
