Midnight Comfort Chinese Pork Stir-fry

Ingredients:

  • 2 pieces Boneless Pork Chops
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 piece Ginger root
  • 2 stalks Green Onions
  • 2 tablespoons Cooking oil

Instructions:

  1. Slice the pork chops into thin strips. Slice ginger root, garlic, and green onions.
  2. Marinate the pork strips in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and pepper for 10 minutes.
  3. Heat the cooking oil in a pan, add garlic and ginger. Fry until aromatic.
  4. Add the marinated pork strips to the pan and stir-fry until they're no longer pink.
  5. Add green onions and stir until they're slightly wilted.
  6. Serve with steamed jasmine rice and enjoy this comforting midnight Chinese delicacy!
