
Midnight Comfort Chinese Pork Stir-fry

Ingredients:
- 2 pieces Boneless Pork Chops
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 piece Ginger root
- 2 stalks Green Onions
- 2 tablespoons Cooking oil
Instructions:
- Slice the pork chops into thin strips. Slice ginger root, garlic, and green onions.
- Marinate the pork strips in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and pepper for 10 minutes.
- Heat the cooking oil in a pan, add garlic and ginger. Fry until aromatic.
- Add the marinated pork strips to the pan and stir-fry until they're no longer pink.
- Add green onions and stir until they're slightly wilted.
- Serve with steamed jasmine rice and enjoy this comforting midnight Chinese delicacy!
