
Midnight Chinese Egg Stir-fry

Ingredients:
- 4 units Eggs
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 3 units Spring Onions
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 2 cups Rice
Instructions:
- 1. Cook the rice as per package instructions until it is fluffy and set it aside.
- 2. Crack the eggs in a bowl, beat them and season with a dash of soy sauce and a pinch of salt.
- 3. Heat a drizzle of sesame oil in a pan over medium heat, add the beaten eggs and scramble them until they are fully cooked, then remove them from the pan.
- 4. In the same pan, add a bit more sesame oil, chop the garlic and spring onions and fry them until they become aromatic.
- 5. Add the cooked rice to the pan, then the scrambled eggs, mix everything together and fry for a couple more minutes.
- 6. Once everything is well mixed, add the rest of the soy sauce and mix until everything is evenly coated.
- 7. Serve the stir-fry hot, garnish with some extra chopped spring onions if desired, and enjoy your Midnight Chinese Egg Stir-fry!
