
Midnight Chinese Comfort Baked Fish

Ingredients:
- 1 piece Whole white fish (like snapper or cod)
- 2 tablespoons Sesame oil
- 3 tablespoons Light soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Ginger, minced
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 stalks Green onions, chopped
- 2 pieces Red chili peppers, sliced
- To taste Cilantro, chopped for garnishing
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Clean the fish thoroughly and pat dry. Make 3 deep cuts on each side of the fish.
- In a bowl, mix together the sesame oil, soy sauce, minced ginger, minced garlic, chopped green onions, and sliced chili peppers.
- Place the fish in a baking dish and pour the mixture over it, making sure it goes into the cuts and inside the fish.
- Bake the fish in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, until it's cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Once done, remove from the oven and garnish with chopped cilantro. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious midnight comfort food.
