
Midnight Beef Tacos

Ingredients:
- 500 grams Ground Beef
- 12 pieces Soft Corn Tortillas
- 1 packet Taco Seasoning
- 1 can Refried Beans
- 2 cups Shredded Lettuce
- 2 medium-sized Diced Tomato
- 1.5 cups Shredded Cheese
- to taste Sliced Jalapenos
- optional Guacamole
- optional Sour Cream
- optional Salsa
Instructions:
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until no longer pink.
- Drain the grease, then stir in the taco seasoning.
- Heat the refried beans in a saucepan over low heat until hot.
- Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat until soft and pliable.
- Spread a spoonful of refried beans down the center of each tortilla.
- Top with some of the ground beef, then add lettuce, tomato, cheese, jalapenos, guacamole, sour cream, and salsa as desired.
- Fold the tortillas in half over the toppings.
- Serve the tacos immediately, with additional toppings on the side if desired.
