Ingredients:
- 0.5 pound Thinly sliced beef
- 2 packs Ramen noodles
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Mirin
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 Garlic clove, minced
- 4 cups Chicken broth
- 2 stalks Spring onions, thinly sliced
- 2 pcs Boiled eggs, halved
- as needed Sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, mirin, and sugar, stirring until the sugar completely dissolves. Add the thinly-sliced beef into the mixture, ensuring all pieces are coated. Marinate for at least 10 minutes.
- Bring a pot of water to boil. Cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a separate saucepan, bring the chicken broth to a boil. Add the minced garlic and lower the heat, allowing it to simmer.
- In a skillet, cook the marinated beef until it turns brown. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
- To assemble the ramen, divide the noodles between two bowls. Pour the hot chicken broth over the noodles. Top each bowl with half of the cooked beef, sliced spring onions, and boiled egg halves.
- Drizzle some of the remaining marinade over each bowl, then garnish with sesame seeds. Serve the ramen bowls hot.
