
Midnight Beef Ragu

Ingredients:
- 200 grams Beef slices
- 2 Tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- 1 Can Canned diced tomatoes
- 1/2 Cups Red wine
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 Cups Fresh basil leaves
- 1/4 Cups Parmesan cheese
- 300 grams Cooked Spaghetti
Instructions:
- 1. Heat the olive oil over medium heat in a large pan.
- 2. Add the beef slices and cook until browned on all sides. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- 3. Crush the garlic and add to the pan. Sautee until golden brown.
- 4. Pour in the canned diced tomatoes, red wine, salt, and pepper. Stir well. Bring to a boil.
- 5. Return the beef to the pan and reduce the heat to low. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- 6. Add the fresh basil leaves and simmer for another 2 minutes.
- 7. Taste and adjust the seasoning. Serve over cooked spaghetti and garnish with parmesan cheese.
