Midnight BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich

Ingredients:
- 2 lbs Boneless Pork Shoulder Roast
- 1 bottle Sweet BBQ Sauce
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/3 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
- 4 Soft Buns
- 1 bowl Coleslaw
Instructions:
- 1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- 2. In a bowl, combine brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper and salt. Rub this mixture all over the pork roast.
- 3. Place the roast in a dutch oven or similar. Pour the apple cider vinegar and half of the BBQ sauce over the roast. Cover tightly with aluminum foil.
- 4. Cook the roast in the preheated oven for about 3 hours, or until the pork is very tender and can be shredded with a fork.
- 5. Once done, remove the pork from the oven and shred it using two forks. Mix in the remaining BBQ sauce.
- 6. Take a soft bun, place a generous serving of the shredded pork, add some coleslaw on the top, and close with the top bun.
- 7. Repeat with the remaining buns.
- 8. Serve your delicious midnight pulled pork sandwich hot with extra BBQ sauce on the side.
