Mexican Tropical Fruit Chicken

Ingredients:
- 4 pieces Chicken breasts
- 2 pieces Mango
- 1 piece Avocado
- 1 piece Lime
- 1 teaspoon Chili powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Pepper
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with the chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat the olive oil in an oven-safe skillet or frying pan over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook until they are browned on both sides. Remove the skillet from heat.
- Peel and dice the mango and avocado. Juice the lime. In a bowl, combine the diced mango, avocado, and lime juice.
- Top the chicken breasts with the mango and avocado mixture.
- Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the fruit topping is bubbly and slightly caramelized.
- Allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes before serving.
