
Mexican Sunrise Fruit Salad

Ingredients:
- 2 whole Oranges
- 1 whole Grapefruit
- 1 whole Mangoes
- 2 tablespoons Lime Juice
- 1/4 cup Fresh Mint Leaves
- 1/4 cup Fresh Basil Leaves
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 1/2 teaspoon Chili Flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt
Instructions:
- Peel the oranges and grapefruit, then segment them, cutting between the membranes to remove individual segments.
- Peel the mango and cut into bite-size pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine orange, grapefruit, mango, lime juice, mint leaves, basil leaves, honey, chili flakes, and sea salt.
- Gently toss until all the ingredients are well mixed.
- Serve the salad immediately or refrigerate and serve chilled.
