Mexican Sunrise Fruit Salad

Ingredients:

  • 2 whole Oranges
  • 1 whole Grapefruit
  • 1 whole Mangoes
  • 2 tablespoons Lime Juice
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Mint Leaves
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Basil Leaves
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chili Flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt

Instructions:

  1. Peel the oranges and grapefruit, then segment them, cutting between the membranes to remove individual segments.
  2. Peel the mango and cut into bite-size pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, combine orange, grapefruit, mango, lime juice, mint leaves, basil leaves, honey, chili flakes, and sea salt.
  4. Gently toss until all the ingredients are well mixed.
  5. Serve the salad immediately or refrigerate and serve chilled.
