
Mexican Style Quick Fish Tacos

Ingredients:
- 1 lb White Fish Fillets
- 8 pieces Flour Tortillas
- 2 tbsp Lime Juice
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup Cilantro
- 1 piece Avocado
- 1 piece Garlic Clove
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine the lime juice, olive oil, garlic, cilantro, salt, and pepper. Add the fish to the bowl and let it marinade for about 10 minutes.
- Heat a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Add the fish along with the marinade and cook for 5-7 minutes or until the fish is cooked through and easily flakes with a fork.
- Warm up the tortillas according to package instructions.
- Assemble each taco by placing a portion of the cooked fish onto each tortilla. Slice the avocado and distribute it among the tacos. Garnish with additional cilantro if desired. Serve immediately.
