Mexican Style Quick Fish Tacos

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb White Fish Fillets
  • 8 pieces Flour Tortillas
  • 2 tbsp Lime Juice
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro
  • 1 piece Avocado
  • 1 piece Garlic Clove
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the lime juice, olive oil, garlic, cilantro, salt, and pepper. Add the fish to the bowl and let it marinade for about 10 minutes.
  2. Heat a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Add the fish along with the marinade and cook for 5-7 minutes or until the fish is cooked through and easily flakes with a fork.
  3. Warm up the tortillas according to package instructions.
  4. Assemble each taco by placing a portion of the cooked fish onto each tortilla. Slice the avocado and distribute it among the tacos. Garnish with additional cilantro if desired. Serve immediately.
