Mexican Spicy Tuna Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 500 grams Pasta
  • 2 cans Canned Tuna in Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 medium Red Onion
  • 1 bunch Fresh Parsley
  • 2 medium Fresh Red Chilies
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 lime Lime Zest
  • To Taste Salt
  • To Taste Black Pepper

Instructions:

  1. Boil the pasta according to package instructions in salted water.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, finely chop the garlic, onion, parsley and red chilies.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and red onion, sauté until soft and fragrant.
  4. Add the tuna with the oil from the can and mix well. Cook for a few minutes.
  5. Add the chopped chilies, some chopped parsley, lime zest, and season with salt and pepper. Mix well and cook for a minute.
  6. Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet. Toss until well coated and combined.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with the remaining chopped parsley.
