
Mexican Spicy Tuna Pasta

Ingredients:
- 500 grams Pasta
- 2 cans Canned Tuna in Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 medium Red Onion
- 1 bunch Fresh Parsley
- 2 medium Fresh Red Chilies
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 lime Lime Zest
- To Taste Salt
- To Taste Black Pepper
Instructions:
- Boil the pasta according to package instructions in salted water.
- While the pasta is cooking, finely chop the garlic, onion, parsley and red chilies.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and red onion, sauté until soft and fragrant.
- Add the tuna with the oil from the can and mix well. Cook for a few minutes.
- Add the chopped chilies, some chopped parsley, lime zest, and season with salt and pepper. Mix well and cook for a minute.
- Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet. Toss until well coated and combined.
- Serve hot, garnished with the remaining chopped parsley.
