Ingredients:
- 1 lb Large Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Lime Juice
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 packet Taco Seasoning
- 8 Small Flour Tortillas
- To taste Toppings (e.g., lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, salsa, sour cream)
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine shrimp, olive oil, lime juice, minced garlic, and taco seasoning. Toss until shrimp are well coated.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove shrimp from heat and set aside.
- Warm flour tortillas in the toaster oven or a dry skillet until pliable.
- Assemble the tacos: On each tortilla, add a serving of shrimp, and your choice of toppings.
- Serve the shrimp tacos immediately, with extra lime wedges on the side if desired.
