Mexican Quick & Easy Shrimp Tacos

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Large Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Lime Juice
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning
  • 8 Small Flour Tortillas
  • To taste Toppings (e.g., lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, salsa, sour cream)

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine shrimp, olive oil, lime juice, minced garlic, and taco seasoning. Toss until shrimp are well coated.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  3. Remove shrimp from heat and set aside.
  4. Warm flour tortillas in the toaster oven or a dry skillet until pliable.
  5. Assemble the tacos: On each tortilla, add a serving of shrimp, and your choice of toppings.
  6. Serve the shrimp tacos immediately, with extra lime wedges on the side if desired.
