Mexican Pork Breakfast Tacos

Ingredients:

  • 4 piece Boneless pork chops
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin
  • 8 piece Small flour tortillas
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup Fresh coriander leaves
  • 4 piece Lime wedges

Instructions:

  1. 1. Cut the pork chops into small pieces. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the pork and season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and cumin. Cook for 7-10 minutes or until the pork is cooked through.
  2. 2. Heat the tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for 30 seconds on each side or until warm.
  3. 3. Divide the cooked pork among the warmed tortillas. Top with the shredded cheddar cheese and fresh coriander leaves.
  4. 4. Serve the tacos with lime wedges.
