
Mexican Pork Breakfast Tacos

Ingredients:
- 4 piece Boneless pork chops
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Cumin
- 8 piece Small flour tortillas
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup Fresh coriander leaves
- 4 piece Lime wedges
Instructions:
- 1. Cut the pork chops into small pieces. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the pork and season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and cumin. Cook for 7-10 minutes or until the pork is cooked through.
- 2. Heat the tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for 30 seconds on each side or until warm.
- 3. Divide the cooked pork among the warmed tortillas. Top with the shredded cheddar cheese and fresh coriander leaves.
- 4. Serve the tacos with lime wedges.
