
Mexican Pasta Skillet

Ingredients:
- 2 cups pasta
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion
- 1 medium bell pepper
- 1 cup corn kernels
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1.5 cups Mexican blend cheese
Instructions:
- Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until no longer pink; drain.
- Add onion and bell pepper to skillet; cook until soft, about 5 minutes.
- Add corn, taco seasoning, and diced tomatoes to skillet; stir to combine. Cook until heated through.
- Add pasta and cheese to skillet; stir until well combined and cheese is melted.
