
Mexican Midnight Pasta

Ingredients:
- 200 grams Pasta
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 cup Tomato Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Chopped jalapenos
- 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
- 1/2 cup Black beans
- 1/2 cup Grated cheddar cheese
- To taste Chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions:
- Cook the pasta according to the packet instructions. Drain and keep it aside.
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped garlic and jalapenos, saute until fragrant.
- Stir in the tomato sauce, cumin, and black beans. Bring it to a simmer.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss it well to combine.
- Top it with grated cheese and cover the skillet. Allow the cheese to melt for about 2 minutes.
- Sprinkle fresh cilantro on top before serving. Enjoy your Mexican Midnight Pasta!
