Ingredients:

  • 1 whole Pineapple
  • 1 whole Mango
  • 2 whole Banana
  • 8 pieces Small tortillas
  • to taste Whipped cream
  • 2 tablespoons Granulated Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 of salt A pinch

Instructions:

  1. Firstly, begin by peeling and cutting the fruits (pineapple, mango, and bananas) into bite-sized chunks.
  2. Next, in a large mixing bowl combine the fruit chunks.
  3. In a separate small bowl, combine the granulated sugar and cinnamon.
  4. Add the sugar-cinnamon mixture to the fruits and mix until the fruits are coated evenly.
  5. Following this, warm the tortillas in a microwave or on a hot griddle.
  6. Now, place a portion of the fruit mix onto each tortilla.
  7. Top it with a dollop of whipped cream.
  8. Finally, fold the tortillas halfway to form a taco shape.
  9. Your Mexican Fruit Tacos are ready to be devoured. Ideal for a unique and satisfying midnight snack!
