Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Mixed Fruits (Apple, Banana, Orange, Kiwi)
  • 1 whole Lime
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 0.5 cup Cotija Cheese
  • 10 stems Fresh Mint Leaves

Instructions:

  1. Prepare your mixed fruits by washing them and cutting them into bite-sized pieces. Once done, add them into a large bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, combine juice from the lime, chili powder, and salt. Stir well until everything is combined.
  3. Drizzle the honey over the prepared fruits, followed by the lime mixture.
  4. Toss the fruits together until they are evenly covered with the honey and lime mixture.
  5. Crumble cotija cheese evenly over the fruit. Give it another good toss.
  6. Just before serving, garnish the top with fresh mint leaves.
  7. Serve your Mexican Fruit Bowl immediately for a refreshing, comforting snack!
