
Mexican Fish Tacos for Midnight Cravings

Ingredients:
- 4 pieces Fish fillets
- 8 pieces Tortillas
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 piece Lime
- 1 cup Cabbage
- 1/2 cup Sour cream
- 2 pieces Chipotle morita chiles
- 1/2 cup Cilantro
- to taste quantities Salt
- to taste quantities Pepper
Instructions:
- Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Salt and pepper the fish fillets and place them in the pan. Cook until browned and easily flaked with a fork, about 4 minutes per side.
- While the fish is cooking, slice the cabbage, cilantro and lime.
- In a blender, mix the sour cream and chipotle moritas until smooth. Season this sauce to taste with salt.
- Warm up the tortillas. You can do this in an oven, on the stove, or even in the microwave.
- Assemble the tacos by laying a piece of fish on a warm tortilla, then topping with the chopped cabbage, a dollop of the sour cream sauce, some cilantro, and a squeeze of fresh lime juice. Repeat these steps until all the fish and tortillas are used.
