Mexican Fish Tacos

Ingredients:

  • 2 pieces White fish fillets
  • 1/2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
  • 4 pieces Corn tortillas
  • 1 piece Avocado
  • 1 piece Lime
  • a handful Cilantro

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your frying pan on medium heat.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat the fish fillets in the flour mixture.
  4. Cook the fish fillets in the frying pan for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until crispy and golden.
  5. Warm the corn tortillas in a dry frying pan over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side.
  6. Slice the avocado and lime, and chop the cilantro.
  7. Assemble your fish tacos: place a piece of fish on each tortilla, top with avocado slices, a squeeze of lime juice, and a sprinkle of cilantro.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy your late-night Mexican fish tacos.
