
Mexican Fish Tacos

Ingredients:
- 2 pieces White fish fillets
- 1/2 cup All-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon Cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
- 4 pieces Corn tortillas
- 1 piece Avocado
- 1 piece Lime
- a handful Cilantro
Instructions:
- Preheat your frying pan on medium heat.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the fish fillets in the flour mixture.
- Cook the fish fillets in the frying pan for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until crispy and golden.
- Warm the corn tortillas in a dry frying pan over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side.
- Slice the avocado and lime, and chop the cilantro.
- Assemble your fish tacos: place a piece of fish on each tortilla, top with avocado slices, a squeeze of lime juice, and a sprinkle of cilantro.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your late-night Mexican fish tacos.
