
Mexican Cheesy Pasta Bake

Ingredients:
- 2 cups Pasta
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese
- 1 can Condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup Mexican blend cheese
- 1/2 cup Salsa
- 1/4 cup Black olives
- 2 stalks Green onions
- 1/2 cup Sour cream
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Boil the pasta according to package instructions, then drain.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, condensed cream of chicken soup, salsa, and half of the cheddar cheese.
- Transfer pasta mix to a baking dish, then top with Mexican blend cheese and the remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven. Top with sour cream, green onions, and black olives. Serve warm.
