Mexican Cheesy Pasta Bake

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Pasta
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can Condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup Mexican blend cheese
  • 1/2 cup Salsa
  • 1/4 cup Black olives
  • 2 stalks Green onions
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Boil the pasta according to package instructions, then drain.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, condensed cream of chicken soup, salsa, and half of the cheddar cheese.
  4. Transfer pasta mix to a baking dish, then top with Mexican blend cheese and the remaining cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven. Top with sour cream, green onions, and black olives. Serve warm.
