
Mexican Breakfast Pork Tacos

Ingredients:
- 1 pound boneless pork loin
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 8 pieces corn tortillas
- 1 pc avocado
- 1 pc tomato
- 1 pc onion
- 1 pc lime
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- To taste salt
- To taste black pepper
Instructions:
- 1. Cut the boneless pork loin into thin slices. Marinade with salt, pepper, cumin, paprika, and minced garlic. Set aside for 15 minutes.
- 2. Preheat your skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated pork and cook until browned and cooked through.
- 3. Warm the corn tortillas on a skillet over medium heat. Once warm, set aside.
- 4. Slice the avocado, tomato, and onion. Set aside.
- 5. Assemble tacos by placing some cooked pork on a tortilla, then topping with sliced avocado, tomato, onion, cilantro, and a squeeze of lime juice.
- 6. Repeat with remaining tacos.
