
Mexican Breakfast Fruit Salad

Ingredients:
- 2 cups Mixed Fruits ( strawberries, mangos, kiwis, bananas)
- 1 whole Lime
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- few leaves Mint leaves
- pinch pinch Ground Cinnamon
- 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
Instructions:
- 1. Prepare your fruits by washing them thoroughly and then chopping them into bite-sized pieces.
- 2. In a large bowl, combine the chopped fruit.
- 3. To zest the lime, carefully grate the outer green layer of the lime into the bowl with the mixed fruits. Avoid grating the white part which is bitter.
- 4. Cut the lime into half and squeeze out the juice from half of the lime into the bowl.
- 5. Drizzle honey over the fruit salad.
- 6. Sprinkle ground cinnamon and mint leaves over the fruit salad and mix everything together, being careful not to bruise the fruit.
- 7. Divide the mixed fruit salad into two bowls.
- 8. Top each bowl with half a cup of Greek yogurt. Optionally, you can add more honey or sprinkle some chia seeds on top for extra crunch.
- 9. Serve immediately and enjoy this refreshing, healthy Mexican-inspired breakfast fruit salad!
