
Mexican Breakfast Fish Tacos

Ingredients:
- 4 fillets White fish
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 8 pieces Whole wheat tortillas
- 1 large Avocado
- 2 medium Tomato
- 1 piece Fresh lime
- 1/4 cup Fresh cilantro
Instructions:
- Firstly, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Marinate the fish fillets in this mixture and let them sit for 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, dice the avocado and tomatoes, and chop the fresh cilantro. Set aside.
- Heat up a frying pan over medium heat. Cook the fish fillets for 3-4 minutes each side, until nicely browned and flakey.
- Warm up the tortillas in a dry pan over high heat for about 30 seconds each side.
- To assemble the tacos, place a piece of cooked fish on a tortilla, top it with the avocado, tomatoes, and cilantro. Squeeze some lime on top.
