
Mexican Beef Tacos

Ingredients:
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 1 pack Taco Seasoning
- 1 can Refried Beans
- 12 pieces Taco shells
- 1 cup Shredded Lettuce
- 1 cup Diced Tomatoes
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- to taste Sour cream
- to taste Salsa
Instructions:
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned.
- Drain the excess fat, and stir in the taco seasoning.
- Spread a layer of refried beans over the inside of the taco shells.
- Fill the shells with the cooked beef.
- Top it off with lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese.
- Add sour cream and salsa as desired.
- Serve immediately.
