Mexican Beef Tacos

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 pack Taco Seasoning
  • 1 can Refried Beans
  • 12 pieces Taco shells
  • 1 cup Shredded Lettuce
  • 1 cup Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • to taste Sour cream
  • to taste Salsa

Instructions:

  1. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned.
  2. Drain the excess fat, and stir in the taco seasoning.
  3. Spread a layer of refried beans over the inside of the taco shells.
  4. Fill the shells with the cooked beef.
  5. Top it off with lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese.
  6. Add sour cream and salsa as desired.
  7. Serve immediately.
