
Mediterranean Style Pasta

Ingredients:
- 400 grams Pasta, fusilli or penne
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 cups Fresh tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup Black olives, sliced
- 1/2 cup Feta cheese
- 1/4 cup Fresh basil leaves, torn
- to taste Salt and black pepper
Instructions:
- 1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
- 2. Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- 3. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant. Add the chopped tomatoes and sliced olives to the skillet, stirring well.
- 4. Drain the pasta, reserving some of the pasta water. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, stirring well to combine with the tomatoes and olives.
- 5. If the pasta seems dry, add a bit of the reserved pasta water. Season with salt and black pepper.
- 6. Before serving, sprinkle the pasta with crumbled feta cheese and torn basil leaves.
