Mediterranean Stuffed Dates

Ingredients:

  • 24 pieces Large dates
  • 200 grams Blue cheese
  • 1 cup Walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 bunch Parsley

Instructions:

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. 2. Cut a small slit in the top of each date and remove the pit.
  3. 3. Stuff each date with a small piece of blue cheese, and a walnut.
  4. 4. Arrange the stuffed dates in a baking dish, drizzle with olive oil.
  5. 5. Bake for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the dates are warm.
  6. 6. Drizzle the warm dates with honey and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
