Mediterranean Stuffed Dates

Ingredients:
- 24 pieces Large dates
- 200 grams Blue cheese
- 1 cup Walnuts
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 bunch Parsley
Instructions:
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- 2. Cut a small slit in the top of each date and remove the pit.
- 3. Stuff each date with a small piece of blue cheese, and a walnut.
- 4. Arrange the stuffed dates in a baking dish, drizzle with olive oil.
- 5. Bake for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the dates are warm.
- 6. Drizzle the warm dates with honey and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
